Shift Supervisor

Job Description

• CVS Health is hiring a full-time, store-based Shift Supervisor in Mililani, HI, with anticipated hours of 31 per week.
• Leads store staff when management or an Operations Supervisor is not onsite; assigns, directs, and follows up on crew activities and completes opening and closing procedures.
• Handles customer questions, problems, complaints, customer relations, CVS service standards, and customer/patient confidentiality.
• Manages merchandise presentation, including pricing, stocking, promotional and seasonal displays, inventory, off-shelf merchandise, and department resets following POGs.
• Requires deductive reasoning, analytical, computer, communication, and supervision skills; retail supervisor experience is preferred, and a high school diploma or equivalent is preferred but not required. Typical pay range is $18.00–$27.00, with a flexible schedule including early morning, overnight, weekend, overtime, and urgent store coverage.
