Site Reliability Engineer II

Job Description

• Site Reliability Engineer II supporting JPMorgan Chase's Corporate and Investment Bank, Payments Technology Team in Tampa, FL.
• Deliver end-to-end application and infrastructure services, define and maintain SLOs/SLIs and error budgets, and proactively resolve production issues.
• Manage incident, problem/RCA, change, and event-management processes while monitoring production systems and minimizing downtime.
• Design Dynatrace instrumentation and use observability tools including Dynatrace, Geneos, and Splunk for monitoring, tracing, logging, and performance analysis.
• Requires formal software engineering training or certification plus 2+ years of applied experience; expertise in Java/Spring Boot, Kafka, Oracle, GemFire/Geode, Liquibase, SQL, Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes, Python, Bash/PowerShell, and Node.js.
