Job Description
• Site Reliability Engineer supporting highly scalable Customer Identity and Access Management (IAM) platforms for a financial-sector project through FDM Group.
• Hybrid role based in New York City, NY or Alpharetta, GA, requiring three days per week in the office; project initially anticipated to last 24 months, with possible extension.
• Build, maintain, optimize, monitor, troubleshoot, and improve IAM services using SRE principles, automation, and process improvement.
• Requires 4 years of experience supporting IAM platforms, enterprise applications, or IT operations environments, plus Windows/Linux administration, scripting, enterprise networking/security, and production support experience.
• W2 full-time employment only; no C2C, 1099, or employment sponsorship, including H1-B; ITIL, CISSP, or similar certification is preferred but not required.
