Job Description
• Mid-level Site Reliability Engineering Manager leading, mentoring, and developing a globally diverse SRE team.
• Own reliability improvements spanning monitoring, alerting, observability, performance optimization, incident response, capacity management, and automation.
• Monitor system health, availability, and performance; maintain provisioning, monitoring, and alerting tools; and participate in on-call incident response.
• Requires 3+ years in system administration, DevOps, or SRE; 2+ years managing people or teams; and 2+ years leading projects.
• Requires Python, Bash, or Go; Grafana, ELK, Splunk, Prometheus, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and version-control experience; cloud and infrastructure-as-code experience preferred.
• Supports B2B payments, expense reimbursements, or virtual card systems and requires awareness of PCI-DSS, SOX, IT security policies, and compliance requirements. Full-time; Portland, ME; work mode not specified.
