Site Supervisor

Job Description

• Supervise day-to-day operations, projects, janitorial staff, and Porter staff at a designated client site.
• Build client relationships, serve as the primary client liaison, verify quality standards, and resolve service issues.
• Plan schedules, monitor timekeeping, arrange staff substitutions, and provide emergency or off-hour support.
• Train employees on PPE, safety, security protocols, cleaning methods, chemicals, SDS/OSHA requirements, and equipment operation.
• Requires at least 2 years supervising employees, a valid driver’s license with satisfactory driving record, MS Office proficiency, and a High School Diploma or GED.
