Job Description
• Provide Site Support II and Tier 2 IT support for defensive cyber operations courses at Little Rock Air Force Base in Little Rock, AR.
• Configure, install, troubleshoot, repair, and upgrade laptops, workstations, servers, networks, printers, software, and classroom IT hardware.
• Handle user accounts, desktop/laptop issuance, software needs, tickets, change management, root-cause analysis, and independent troubleshooting.
• Support hardware, software, network integrations, system initiatives, maintenance releases, upgrade testing, and product-performance improvements across assigned sites.
• Requires an AA degree plus 1 year of related experience, or high school plus 2 years of related experience with relevant certification; active Secret clearance and ability to obtain TS/SCI clearance.
