Job Description
• Onsite Six Sigma Lead for RTX/Pratt & Whitney’s Hot Section Module Center OpX team in Asheville, NC, supporting aerospace and defense manufacturing.
• Investigate, analyze, and implement Lean/Six Sigma solutions for process, quality, cost, variation-reduction, process-control, manufacturing-capability, and quality-performance improvements.
• Coach and mentor Six Sigma Green Belts and Black Belts; develop training materials and course instruction for Six Sigma process control.
• Partner with senior management project champions to select, prioritize, scope, review, and govern projects using metrics, formal gate reviews, COPQ-SRR, PPAP, MRL, Key Characteristic Milestone Certification, and ACE/CORE initiatives.
• Requires a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience plus 8 years of relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree plus 5 years; 7+ years in manufacturing, U.S. citizenship, and expertise with MS Office, Minitab, statistics, data analytics, AS9145 APQP, Lean, DFSS, and Red-X.
