Skid Steer Operator

Job Description

• Operate skid steer and paving/grading equipment on Paving, Patch and Prep Crews in Brighton, CO, with required local Colorado travel.
• Load trucks, bins, crushers and plants; move earth and other materials while maintaining proper material quantities.
• Perform finishing grading, build out corners, and complete paving/grading work.
• Conduct daily visual, safety and equipment inspections; maintain equipment cleanliness, fluids, tire pressure and minor repairs as needed.
• Follow all safety, compliance and environmental requirements, including Amrize PPE and respirator fit-test protocols.
• Requires a high school diploma or equivalent, at least one year of related experience or equivalent education/experience, ability to read and write, excellent driving skills, and a valid driver’s license.
