Social Compliance Lead Specialist - based onsite Florence, Memphis or St. Petersburg

Job Description

• Lead regional social compliance governance, audit execution, internal assessments, and risk management across Jabil U.S. manufacturing sites.
• Coordinate audits, self-assessments, corrective and preventive actions, investigations, and audit-finding closure.
• Analyze audit records and databases to identify trends, recurring issues, systemic risks, and remediation priorities.
• Serve as the regional expert and customer point of contact for RBA/social compliance requirements, external audits, disclosures, and performance reporting.
• Requires a bachelor's degree in business, compliance, law, human resources, or a related field; 6-8+ years of relevant experience; and approximately 25-40% U.S. travel. On-site in Florence, KY, Memphis, TN, or St. Petersburg, FL.
