Social Media Manager and Content Creator

Job Description

• Lead Instagram and TikTok social strategy, campaigns, product launches, recurring content series, and NYC culture-driven content for Luckin Coffee in New York, NY.
• Concept, script, film, edit, publish, and optimize short-form video and other social assets using CapCut, Premiere, or similar tools.
• Manage content calendars, agencies, freelance creatives, creators, campaign briefs, approvals, influencer sampling coordination, and overlapping launch deadlines.
• Conduct creative tests, monitor reach and customer actions, analyze performance, and prepare actionable growth reports supporting conversion and paid-media acquisition.
• Requires 4+ years in social media or content creation, a portfolio of personally conceived work, strong copywriting and creative judgment, AI-workflow familiarity, and experience with Instagram and TikTok storytelling.
