Job Description
• Teach Social Studies or Science at Chatterton Middle School in Warren, MI, during the 2026-2027 school year.
• Plan, assess, and deliver instruction aligned with Michigan Common Core State Standards and district-adopted curriculum.
• Use relevant technology, ongoing assessment data, and differentiated teaching strategies to support student learning.
• Requires a valid Michigan Secondary Teaching Certificate with an endorsement in Social Studies RX or CX, or Science DI, DQ, DA, DC, DE, DH, or DP.
• Requires middle school classroom instruction experience, experience with at-risk students and diverse populations/language barriers, and strong confidentiality, communication, professionalism, self-direction, and time-management skills.
