Software Engineer (Metrology Systems)

Job Description

• Develop high-performance software for next-generation semiconductor metrology tools, platforms, and emulation systems in KLA’s Milpitas, California Metrology Division.
• Design, implement, test, debug, optimize, troubleshoot, and maintain software throughout the product lifecycle using C#, C++, multithreading, WPF, and image-processing concepts.
• Collaborate with systems, hardware, algorithm, and applications engineers across the U.S. and internationally.
• Contribute to software architecture, design reviews, code reviews, automated testing, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Requires a Master’s degree with 0 years of related experience or a Bachelor’s degree with 2 years of related experience; full-time role with a base salary of $114,800–$168,400 annually.
