• Lead Meta’s AI-powered incident response agent organization toward a human-on-the-loop operating model.
• Direct systems that autonomously gather context, investigate incidents, identify root causes, create safe mitigation plans, and execute appropriate actions under human oversight.
• Define the technical, product, and organizational strategy for autonomous incident mitigation.
• Lead an engineering organization operating real production systems in a large, complex infrastructure environment.
