Software Quality Assurance Manager

Job Description

• Lead software quality assurance strategy, processes, standards, and best practices for video collaboration and conferencing software running across hardware, local, networked, and Internet-based platforms.
• Manage and develop a QA team while coordinating with developers, product managers, business stakeholders, vendors, and external partners.
• Perform and oversee functional, solution, integration, regression, performance, load, and stress testing; create test plans, test matrices, and testing reports.
• Develop test scripts and automation using tools and technologies including Python, Jenkins, JIRA, TestRail, APIs, CI/CD, and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Requires a four-year or graduate degree in a related technical discipline or commensurate experience, typically 7–10 years of job-related experience or 5–7 years of management experience; on-site in Fort Collins, CO, 5 days per week.
