Job Description
• Full-time, on-site Software Test Engineer position with SAIC in Colorado Springs, CO, supporting the GMASS Test & Evaluation team and US Space Force missile warning, defense, and space missions.
• Develop, document, and execute code coverage, unit, version unique, integration, system, and release-delivery tests for PARCS ground-based radar software.
• Support classified-lab testing and application debugging at Peterson Space Force Base, troubleshoot complex system issues, and coordinate with sustaining and test engineers.
• Requires a Bachelor’s degree, 2+ years of relevant experience, and an active Secret Clearance; experience with backend/frontend software testing, Unix and Windows systems, and thread mechanics.
• Desired qualifications include CompTIA Security+, UEWR/PARCS or strategic warning and surveillance radar experience, RF hardware/software and test-methodology knowledge, Agile or DevSecOps experience, and Solaris experience; target salary is $60,001–$100,000.
