Job Description
• Design and own scalable, end-to-end Observe observability architectures covering telemetry ingestion, pipelines, data models, alerting, enrichment, normalization, and retention.
• Lead technical discovery, architecture planning, implementation blueprints, production-readiness validation, go-live reviews, and handoffs for enterprise engagements.
• Architect phased migrations from Splunk, ELK, Datadog, Dynatrace, and New Relic to Observe with minimal production disruption.
• Require 8+ years in customer-facing technical roles and deep expertise in observability, OpenTelemetry, cloud platforms, containers, and Kubernetes; no degree, certification, or license is specified.
• Work remotely/full-time; salary is $160,000–$210,000 base plus eligibility for bonus and equity.
