Job Description
• Remote, full-time Sounds Business Operations Manager role at Splice, supporting the Sounds/audio development business in the music technology and creator-focused technology industry.
• Own senior program management across Audio Dev, including workstreams, milestones, deliverables, dependencies, blockers, and cross-functional coordination with Product & Engineering.
• Manage team operating rhythms, executive communications, leadership meeting preparation, operational process improvement, portfolio reporting, and escalation routing.
• Manage and report on an approximately $120,000/month audio development budget across in-house production, third-party labels, and artist partnerships.
• Requires 3–6 years of program management, content operations, or business operations experience; salary range is $120,000–$150,000.
