Sourcer, Mergers, Acquisitions, & Tuck-ins (MAT)

Job Description

• Source, evaluate, and recruit independent financial advisors, advisory teams, team lift-outs, and tuck-in candidates for Centura Wealth Advisory’s M&A growth strategy.
• Build and manage a multi-channel advisor pipeline using networking, industry events, referral partnerships, proactive outreach, market intelligence, advisor databases, and industry research.
• Assess candidates using AUM, fee structure, client profile, growth trends, advisor quality, team dynamics, cultural fit, and strategic alignment; prepare recommendations for M&A and executive leadership.
• Develop long-term RIA and wealth management relationships, provide market intelligence, maintain pipeline records and reports, and support M&A discovery meetings and administrative deliverables.
• Requires 4-7+ years in advisor recruiting, business development, or wealth management sales; strong RIA relationships and M&A knowledge preferred; background check required. Remote, full-time, $75,000-$95,000.
