Job Description
• Senior credit portfolio management role with The Northern Trust Company in Chicago, IL; full-time position.
• Manages credit product risk, profitability, loan performance, client creditworthiness, and overall portfolio quality for large corporate credit clients.
• Structures and negotiates corporate banking and credit transactions, financing strategies, loan terms, pricing, special conditions, and interest rates.
• Prepares financing documentation and presents credit risk to the Loan Committee and Credit Policy Committee.
• Requires 5-7 years of credit product experience, finance and credit-risk knowledge, financial statement analysis, negotiation, and communication skills.
