Job Description
• Senior field/service engineering role supporting mission-critical industrial automation and process-control systems across the Southeast, with up to 75% travel in GA, FL, TN, NC, and SC.
• Provide onsite and remote support, preventive/corrective maintenance, troubleshooting, upgrades, commissioning, lifecycle services, and detailed technical documentation for DCS, PLC, HMI, and SIS environments.
• Execute FAT, SAT, startup, migrations, modernization projects, performance analysis, root-cause investigations, upgrade planning, and customer recommendations.
• Implement industrial cybersecurity practices and comply with Schneider Electric safety, quality, service, customer, and contractual requirements.
• Requires an associate's or bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering or technical discipline, 5+ years of industrial automation/process-control/control-systems experience, a valid driver's license, and extensive travel ability.
