Sr Energy Efficiency Program Manager

Job Description

• Manage the development, delivery, and end-to-end execution of utility energy efficiency programs, including a behind-the-meter residential battery pilot program in Delaware.
• Oversee customer acquisition, marketing and outreach, dispatch operations, program reporting, performance metrics, budgets, customer relations, and financial management.
• Procure and manage subcontractors and vendors through RFPs, contract awards, performance oversight, meetings, corrective actions, and daily coordination.
• Ensure compliance with state utility commission rules, regulatory filings, cost-recovery requirements, corporate accounting policies, Sarbanes-Oxley rules, and applicable utility orders.
• Requires a Bachelor's degree in Business or Engineering plus 4-7 years of energy conservation/energy efficiency experience, or 6-9 years of such experience in lieu of a degree; salary is $89,600-$123,200/Yr. and the role is full-time in Newark, DE.
