Job Description
• Senior site reliability engineering role responsible for improving the reliability, resilience, stability, and performance of digital infrastructure supporting software development and deployment.
• Automates processes using Python, Bash, scripting, and CI/CD practices to reduce manual effort, accelerate deployments, and prevent operational incidents.
• Performs incident management, independent incident handling, root cause analysis, problem management collaboration, and preventive remediation to reduce downtime and recurrence.
• Requires a Bachelor's degree plus 3 years of related experience, an advanced degree plus 1 year, or equivalent education and experience; preferred experience includes 4–7 years in operations/development environments, customer issue troubleshooting, and Python-based software development.
• Frisco, TX; full-time; travel is not required; candidates must be at least 18 and legally authorized to work in the United States; preferred certifications include AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, Certified Kubernetes Administrator, and Google Cloud Certified - Professional DevOps Engineer.
