Sr Leadership Instructor

Job Description

• Design, deliver, and continuously improve leadership and technical training programs using adult learning and Systematic Approach to Training (SAT) principles.
• Conduct needs assessments, develop facilitator and participant materials, administer assessments, and evaluate program effectiveness.
• Facilitate classroom, laboratory, workshop, simulation, and on-the-job learning while providing coaching and actionable feedback.
• Manage training schedules, logistics, records, reporting, participant experience, and compliance with applicable standards, codes, accreditation, regulatory, and internal requirements.
• Requires a bachelor's degree or approved equivalent education/experience, 5+ years of related training or learning experience, nuclear plant unescorted access, and NANT instructor qualification or ability to obtain it within 1 year.
