Job Description
• Lead complex legal problem resolution and projects of diverse scope, driving global process improvements.
• Provide pragmatic legal advice on business strategy, high-stakes issues, disputes, privacy, and legal risk.
• Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations while developing comprehensive legal risk-management frameworks.
• Partner with enterprise business counterparts, safeguard PayPal’s legal interests, and escalate complex matters to senior legal leadership when appropriate.
• Requires 8+ years of relevant experience and a Juris Doctor degree, or an equivalent combination of education and experience; hybrid role in Omaha, NE with 0% travel.
• Full-time position with a listed San Jose, CA pay range of $176,500–$262,350 annually, plus potential bonus, equity, or other incentives.
