Sr Manager, Change Management

Job Description

• Senior Manager-level strategic advisor and hands-on practitioner leading the people side of enterprise-wide business, process, technology, operating model, cultural, and organizational transformations at The Campbell's Company in Camden, NJ.
• Leads change initiatives from strategy through sustainment, including readiness, impact, stakeholder, and risk assessments; integrated roadmaps; adoption measures; communications; training; reinforcement; and outcome tracking.
• Partners with executives, sponsors, HR, communications, learning teams, project teams, and cross-functional stakeholders; coaches leaders, facilitates workshops, manages resistance, and drives adoption of new processes and technologies.
• Requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field, 8-12+ years leading large-scale organizational change, expertise in ADKAR, Prosci, or equivalent methodologies, and experience in matrixed CPG, manufacturing, consumer goods, or retail organizations.
• Full-time, salaried position with a target base salary of $139,300-$191,500; Prosci Certification or equivalent and transformation experience involving supply chain, ERP, digital, AI, data, or operating models are preferred.
