• Senior HR strategic business partner supporting assigned departments and leaders in the University of Miami’s healthcare, higher education, and academic medicine environment.
• Leads employee relations, including complex workplace investigations, resolution recommendations, organizational policy guidance, and employment-law compliance.
• Drives organizational effectiveness, talent management, workforce planning, restructuring, succession planning, training, career development, engagement, and recruitment initiatives.
• Requires a bachelor’s degree, minimum 7 years of relevant experience, experience conducting complex workplace investigations and advising senior leaders, and strong communication, consulting, leadership, and change-management skills.
