Sr. Manager of Security Operations, Incident Response

Job Description

• Senior cybersecurity leadership role managing Advance Auto Parts' enterprise SOC, incident response, threat hunting, cyber crisis management, and operational resilience programs.
• Leads 24x7 monitoring, detection, triage, investigations, containment, eradication, recovery, and response to ransomware, malware, business email compromise, credential theft, cloud compromise, insider threats, and third-party breaches.
• Requires 10+ years in cybersecurity, incident response, and threat intelligence; leadership experience; Lean, Six Sigma, ITIL, or Agile process improvement; and experience with NIST, ISO 27001, and MITRE ATT&CK.
• Requires familiarity with SIEM, SOAR, EDR, cloud security tools, and vulnerability management; preferred certifications include CISSP, CISM, CISA, and ITIL.
• Raleigh, NC corporate headquarters; hybrid schedule of 4 days in office and 1 day working from home; full-time.
