Job Description
• Lead risk-management business process improvement, automation, reporting, workflow, analytics, and AI-enabled solution initiatives across business, risk, data, and technology teams.
• Translate stakeholder needs into scalable solutions by gathering requirements, mapping current and future-state processes, designing workflows, and reducing manual effort.
• Build and optimize data transformation processes, data models, SQL queries, dashboards, reporting tools, and actionable risk-management insights.
• Guide testing, UAT, implementation readiness, training, change management, and stakeholder adoption while ensuring solutions are secure, compliant, and well governed.
• Requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, 7+ years in risk/compliance/finance/operations/audit/legal, 5+ years in business analysis, and 3+ years coordinating testing and adoption activities.
• Hybrid full-time role available only in Lone Tree, CO, or Westlake, TX; candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
