Sr. Manufacturing Engineer - Process Quality, Hardware Engineering - Manufacturing

Job Description

• Senior manufacturing engineering role focused on process quality, hardware engineering, and scaling high-volume production across a global network.
• Own manufacturing launches, PFMEAs, Control Plans, and process flows from startup through product end of life; lead quality control across CMs, ODMs, and component vendors.
• Provide hands-on technical support for new product introductions, resolve process issues, and investigate customer escalations through root cause analysis.
• Requires 6+ years in high-volume manufacturing operations or sourcing, 2+ years with server platforms or high-tech hardware, and 5+ years of product development experience.
• Requires a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience; regular domestic and international travel of 25–50% is required.
• Full-time position in Florence, KY; salary is $159,200–$215,300 USD annually, with an additional Austin, TX salary range listed.
