Job Description
• Lead multiple Agile software development feature teams delivering high-level business goals across a Ground System product line supporting multiple constellations.
• Own and maintain the integrated capability roadmap; prioritize features and capabilities, align capability and technical roadmaps, and ensure priorities support customer needs and program strategy.
• Coordinate Feature Team Product Owners, architects, project leads, SEIT, and the Chief Engineer to define executable features, complete stories, testable acceptance criteria, and Definition of Done requirements.
• Ensure Product Owner work complies with the roadmap and maintain consistency across feature/story/acceptance-criteria definition and feature acceptance processes.
• Required: active U.S. Government DoD Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) clearance, a completed bachelor’s degree, and 8 years of relevant experience with a Bachelor of Science, 6 years with a Master’s, or 4 years with a PhD.
• Full-time Aurora, CO role; travel required 10% of the time; salary range $135,800-$203,600.
