Job Description

• Senior-level, full-time product development role based on-site in Bozeman, MT, reporting to the Senior Director of Development – Softgoods.
• Oversee development and implementation of fishing softgoods product lines, including waders, apparel, packs, bags, gloves, headwear, and accessories, from seasonal kickoff through pre-production approval.
• Manage product strategies, budgets, timelines, resources, BOMs, prototyping, sourcing, trim approvals, costing, factory negotiations, and cost engineering.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with design, product management, sourcing, creative services, factories, suppliers, and overseas development teams; lead and mentor product developers.
• Requires technical product-development expertise, knowledge of market demands and consumer preferences, softgoods construction and materials knowledge, and proficiency with BOM and costing processes.
• Annual salary: $70,000.00–$90,000.00; no specific degree, certification, license, or years-of-experience requirement is stated.
