Job Description
• Senior Project Manager leading innovation project delivery for Danaher/Integrated DNA Technologies in genomics, reagents, new product development, and next-generation oligonucleotide synthesis technologies.
• On-site, full-time role based in Sunnyvale, CA, reporting to the Director of Emerging Technologies.
• Coordinates cross-functional scientific, engineering, and operations teams; drives execution rigor, portfolio visibility, KPI performance, risk management, corrective actions, and on-time delivery using Danaher Business System principles.
• Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Life Sciences, or a related technical field; 5+ years preferred in R&D, innovation, or technology development, including preference for 3+ years in project or program management.
• Requires professional Mandarin and English bilingual communication, stakeholder management, and up to 20% domestic/international travel; salary is $130,000–$150,000 per year plus eligible bonus/incentive pay.
