Sr. Project Manager

Job Description

• Senior-level project manager responsible for end-to-end delivery of major mechanical construction projects, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, procurement, contracts, cost control and closeout.
• Leads multidisciplinary project teams, subcontractors and field forces while managing staffing, labor productivity, tools, rental equipment and day-to-day operations.
• Oversees contracts, submittals, permits/licenses, billing, receivables, change orders, subcontractor/supplier invoices and project documentation.
• Owns project financial performance through forecasting, cost control, monthly contract valuations and cash-position management; negotiates critical contracts and supports business strategy.
• Requires a master’s degree or college/university graduation or equivalent combination of skills and experience, 15+ years of extensive relevant experience, and compliance with required safety training including OSHA 30, CPR/First Aid/AED/Bloodborne Pathogens and Hazard Identification and Reporting.
