Sr. Project Manager

Job Description

• Senior Project Manager role with RK Water supporting digital infrastructure and data center hydronic systems; location data lists Erie, CO, while the description states Denver, CO.
• Plan and coordinate complex fill, flush, passivation, water treatment, testing, construction/service, and account projects from execution through closeout.
• Manage budgets, schedules, contracts, subcontracts, procurement, billing, documentation, change conditions, cost control, labor productivity, and financial performance.
• Coordinate customers, vendors, subcontractors, field resources, materials, equipment, internal teams, and project logistics while maintaining customer relationships.
• Requires a college or university degree or equivalent education and relevant experience, proven project management experience, and stakeholder coordination experience; mechanical, hydronic, water treatment, data center, or complex construction/service experience is preferred.
