Sr. Project Manager

Job Description

• Senior Project Manager role with RK Water at RK Industries, LLC, based in Denver, CO, supporting digital infrastructure and data center hydronic systems.
• Plan and coordinate fill, flush, passivation, water treatment, testing, and complex construction/service projects while delivering safely, on schedule, within budget, and to customer expectations.
• Manage budgets, schedules, contracts, subcontracts, procurement, documentation, billings, change conditions, cost control, labor productivity, and project closeout.
• Coordinate customers, vendors, subcontractors, internal teams, field resources, materials, equipment, and project logistics; oversee water treatment reporting and deliverables.
• Requires a college or university degree or equivalent education and relevant experience, proven project management experience, stakeholder coordination experience, and the ability to manage project documentation, billing, scheduling, and closeout activities; mechanical, hydronic, water treatment, data center, or complex construction/service experience is preferred.
