Sr Scientist, Molecular Biology Scientific Data

Job Description

• Serve as the Senior Scientist Business Owner for digital tools, workflows, and scientific data supporting molecular cloning and individual construct/plasmid design across biologics discovery.
• Translate molecular biology needs into product priorities, data/workflow requirements, scientific data models, system integrations, and implementation guidance.
• Lead requirements reviews, user acceptance testing, training, release readiness, adoption, and data-quality improvements across scientific and technical teams.
• Requires a doctorate, or a master’s degree plus 2 years of relevant experience, or a bachelor’s degree plus 4 years of relevant experience; preferred background includes molecular biology, protein engineering, structural biology, cloning, plasmid design, and antibody-based molecule formats.
