Job Description
• Remote, full-time Senior Scrum Master / Agile Delivery Lead role with CTI Consulting, supporting a leading retail organization’s program management office.
• Lead and coach three to four Scrum and Kanban teams on 8- to 12-month initiatives involving retail in-store applications, internal staff, and external delivery partners.
• Facilitate roadmap, quarterly, sprint, and Sprint 0 planning; establish team norms; and align roadmaps, backlogs, and priorities with Product Management.
• Apply Agile metrics, team maturity assessments, and targeted coaching to improve delivery predictability and resolve cross-team risks, dependencies, and impediments.
• Requires deep hands-on Agile experience, multi-team Scrum/Kanban support, planning and coaching experience, Agile/Waterfall adaptability, and experience leading internal/external partner teams; SAFe, Scrum at Scale, Agile or delivery certifications, retail, and PMO experience are preferred.
