Job Description
• Senior SMT Manufacturing Engineer supporting surface-mount electronics, through-hole soldering, PCA manufacturing, SMT rework, repairs, and production transitions in Syracuse, NY.
• Own PCA manufacturing and SMT rework processes; analyze yields and root causes to drive corrective actions and process improvements.
• Lead DFx/DFM activities, generate Gerber-based DFx reports, improve PCBA manufacturability, reduce process variation, and support new product development and validation.
• Requires a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a similar field plus 4+ years of related experience; must meet security-clearance eligibility requirements.
• Full-time salaried role with approximately 10% travel and an estimated salary of $95,000–$110,000 annually.
