Job Description
• Senior software engineering role focused on scalable data foundations, analytics tooling, analysis pipelines, and trusted self-service data access at Pinterest.
• Develop instrumentation and experimentation standards, improve data quality and discoverability, and maintain documentation for datasets, metrics, tools, and operating practices.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Data Science, Data Engineering, and Business Intelligence teams to communicate actionable insights and inform product improvements.
• Requires 4+ years of analytics engineering or data solutions experience, SQL plus Python, R, or a comparable language, and experience with ETL/ELT, workflow orchestration, and DAG dependencies.
• Remote anywhere in the country with in-office collaboration 1–2 times per month; requires a relevant bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and pays $183,040–$320,320 USD plus equity.
