Job Description
• Senior Technical Program Manager role within Amazon Robotics' Quality Technology Services organization, focused on manufacturing execution systems and shop-floor technology.
• Own end-to-end delivery, roadmap development, requirements, testing, deployment, operational handoff, and continuous improvement for Tulip MES and Atlas manufacturing tools.
• Manage integrations across ERP/SAP, PLM/Teamcenter, quality systems, supply-chain platforms, and data platforms while driving production-floor adoption and KPI improvements.
• Requires 5+ years of technical product/program management, a bachelor's degree in a relevant field, and substantial supply-chain, engineering, or program-delivery experience; North Reading, MA; full-time.
• Preferred qualifications include PMP, Six Sigma, security/cloud certifications, advanced SQL or analytics-platform experience, and up to 10+ years of supply-chain experience.
