Sr Vulnerability Management Manager

Job Description

• Senior cybersecurity leadership role owning McLane's enterprise Vulnerability Management, Attack Surface Management, and Continuous Threat Exposure Management programs.
• Hybrid position requiring at least three days per week in the office; candidates should live within a 50-minute radius of Temple, TX or Austin, TX.
• Requires a bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, plus 10+ years of IT experience and 8+ years focused on cybersecurity.
• Leads exposure discovery, validation, prioritization, remediation, governance, automation, reporting, and risk-reduction initiatives across on-premises, cloud, application, and internet-facing environments.
• Requires enterprise-scale vulnerability or exposure management experience, knowledge of Vulnerability Management, EASM, CSPM, CTEM, and cyber risk management, plus people leadership and senior executive communication skills.
• Full-time role in the distribution industry; candidates may be subject to a lawful background check and drug screen.
