Job Description

• Staff Materials & Processes Engineer supporting development and production of next-generation autonomous aircraft and flight-critical hardware.
• Develop and maintain material, manufacturing process, and QA inspection specifications; support fatigue, corrosion prevention, environmental qualification, and nonconformance disposition.
• Design and execute material, component, and process qualification tests, including coupon and element-level testing, and derive material specifications from test results.
• Requires knowledge of composite layups, prepreg systems, secondary bonding, heat treatment, welding, material characterization, failure mechanisms, and relevant industry standards.
• Full-time role in Seattle, WA (+2 other locations); $160,000–$240,000/year; offers are contingent on a cleared background and possible reference check.
