Staff Process Engineer

Job Description

• Provide technical leadership for complex manufacturing processes, equipment automation, and capital projects in a regulated manufacturing environment.
• Improve production efficiency and product quality through advanced technologies, lean manufacturing, continuous improvement, validation, and data-driven decision making.
• Requires an Advanced Degree plus 6 years of experience or a Bachelor's Degree plus 8 years of experience in manufacturing engineering; regulated-industry experience is required, with pharmaceutical, medical device, or biotechnology experience preferred.
• Work in an on-site first-shift environment involving cleanroom operations, GMP compliance, PPE, standing for a full shift, loud equipment, and lifting up to 40 lbs.; up to 10% travel may be required.
• Full-time position in Rochester, MN; listed compensation is $103,100.00–$154,700.00, although the posting states this range is estimated for a position based in New York.
