Staff Process Engineer

Job Description

• Staff-level manufacturing/process engineering role providing technical leadership for complex manufacturing processes, equipment automation, and capital projects in New York, NY.
• Requires an Advanced Degree plus 6 years of experience, or a Bachelor's Degree plus 8 years of experience, in manufacturing engineering within regulated industries; pharmaceutical, medical device, or biotechnology experience preferred.
• Leads process improvement, validation, risk mitigation, quality, regulatory compliance, and implementation of advanced manufacturing technologies across functions.
• Requires experience with cGMP, FDA regulations, quality management systems, cleanroom operations, lean manufacturing, continuous improvement, and validation documentation.
• Full-time, first-shift position with a salary range of $103,100.00–$154,700.00, potential variable annual bonus, up to 10% travel, cleanroom/PPE requirements, and ability to lift 40 lbs. and stand for a full shift.
