Staff Product Manager, Growth Onboarding

Job Description

• Lead HelloFresh’s Staff Product Manager role for the end-to-end onboarding experience across web, native app, CRM, and all HelloFresh Group brands, including Factor, in New York, NY; work mode is not specified.
• Build and scale the ML-powered, segment-aware Next Best Action (NBA) personalisation framework and define its data and ML foundations with Data Science and Engineering.
• Drive Settled Conversion and early retention through experimentation, including A/B testing, multivariate testing, and holdout groups; own metrics covering Box 1→2 and 2→3 conversion, app adoption, and unwanted box rate.
• Align Engineering, CRM, Data Science, Design, Marketing, Activation, Communications, and App and Engagement teams without direct authority, while managing onboarding health and funnel escalations.
• Requires 6+ years of Product Management experience at Senior or Staff level, consumer subscription product experience, cross-surface web/native app leadership, 0-to-1 product delivery, and ML personalisation fluency.
