Job Description

• Staff Scientist - Systems Analyst with MIT Lincoln Laboratory in Lexington, MA; full-time role in homeland protection, defense, and national security technology.
• Develop first-principles models, analyze complex systems, create novel algorithms, and provide recommendations to government leadership.
• Research defense systems, multi-sensor fusion, vulnerability assessments, machine learning applications, predictive analytics, and technology concepts addressing capability gaps.
• Requires a doctorate in a relevant discipline, or a master’s degree plus 5 years’ relevant experience; MATLAB or Python proficiency and multidisciplinary team leadership are required.
