Job Description
• Staff-level software engineering role building and deploying production AI agents for complex enterprise workflows.
• Own customer problems from initial discovery through production and design systems around fragmented enterprise data.
• Improve agent reliability, performance, and failure handling while building reusable agent and platform infrastructure.
• Requires production AI-agent and LLM experience, strong backend/distributed-systems fundamentals, and the ability to work across AI, data, backend, and product.
• Remote role associated with New York, NY; startup experience is strongly preferred; compensation is $250k–$300k base plus equity.
