Job Description

• On-site Store Manager in Training role with Dollar Tree in Bowie, MD, responsible for profitable store operations, merchandising, customer service, and asset protection.
• Recruits, hires, trains, coaches, and develops store associates while overseeing and delegating daily store activities.
• Ensures compliance with applicable laws, regulations, company policies, and procedures; performs opening and closing procedures.
• Requires a preferred minimum of 3 years of prior retail management experience, with hardlines or variety merchandise experience; BIG BOX experience is a plus.
• Full-time position requiring freight-processing productivity management, strong communication skills, and the ability to lift 30–50 lbs. and perform frequent physical activities.
