Job Description

• Store Manager in Training role with CVS Health in Ephrata, PA, designed to prepare candidates for a future CVS Store Manager position through a 16-week self-paced and collaborative training program.
• Perform customer care, merchandising, inventory and asset management, store sales-growth, and profitability activities while supporting the store management team.
• Communicate verbally and in writing, lead colleagues consistently with CVS values and policies, and engage teams in supporting CVS’s health-focused purpose.
• Requires a high school diploma or GED; a four-year college degree is preferred, and retail management experience or experience as a CVS Supervisor is required.
• Full-time position with approximately 45 anticipated weekly hours, variable scheduling, $18.50-$23.88 pay range, and willingness to accept promotion or transfer opportunities within the designated market.
