Job Description

• CVS Health Store Manager in Training role in Columbia, KY, focused on preparing candidates for a future CVS Store Manager position through a 16-week self-paced, collaborative training program with virtual and hands-on learning.
• Lead and support store operations by providing customer care, executing merchandising strategies, managing inventory and assets, and supporting store sales growth and profitability.
• Communicate verbally and in writing, lead colleagues consistently with CVS values and policies, and engage the team in supporting CVS's health-focused purpose.
• Requires a high school diploma or GED; a four-year college degree is preferred, or relevant work experience may substitute. Retail management experience or CVS Supervisor experience is required, and the schedule may vary based on business needs.
• Full-time position with 45 anticipated weekly hours, pay of $18.50-$23.88, and willingness to accept promotion or transfer to CVS Pharmacy stores anywhere in the designated market.
